What is your return policy?

we have a strict no-return policy once an item has been shipped. Please read the policy below carefully before making a purchase. Once your order has been processed and shipped from our facility, it is considered final and non-returnable. We are unable to accept any return requests

How long does delivery take?
  • Delivery times vary depending on the product. After your order is processed (usually within 1–2 business days), your item may arrive within:

    • 14 – 20 days

    Please check the product description for the specific delivery estimate of each item.
    Currently, we only deliver within Kurdistan, and we accept payments via FIB and Pay Taxi.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we proudly deliver throughout the entire Kurdistan Region of Iraq, not just within Slemani. We accept orders from all areas within the Kurdistan Region.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation message with delivery details.
Since we currently operate within Slemani only, tracking is handled manually through our support team or delivery partners.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

You can cancel or make changes to your order only before it is processed. Once the order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
