Return & Refund Policy

At Slemani Clothes, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and operations, we have a strict no-return policy once an item has been shipped. Please read the policy below carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns After Shipping

Once your order has been processed and shipped from our facility, it is considered final and non-returnable. We are unable to accept any return requests for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item or size

  • Found the item cheaper elsewhere

  • No longer need the item

  • Delays caused by courier companies

Please make sure to double-check your order details—including product specifications, size, quantity, and shipping address—before confirming your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not accept returns, we do take product quality seriously. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or is defective:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence showing the issue.

  • After our team reviews the case, if the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will either issue a replacement or provide store credit, depending on the situation.

We reserve the right to reject claims if we believe the item was damaged due to misuse or if sufficient proof is not provided.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been marked as shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We cannot guarantee order changes after processing begins.

4. Refunds

As we do not accept returns, refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • The item was never shipped due to stock issues

  • A duplicate payment was made

  • An order was canceled before shipping and approved by our team

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your payment method.
